Stop #8! The Reading Rocking Rainbow Tour is heading New Orleans and the Garden District Book Shop.

Jessamyn Violet will read from her book, SECRET RULES TO BEING A ROCKSTAR, set in the 90s Hollywood music scene, and discuss the dangers and joys of the totally weird nineties vs. now. She will be joined by friend and Editor in Chief of UNO Press, Abram Shalom Himelstein. Following the discussion, she will sit down for a collaborative set from psych rock project Movie Club, featuring Jessamyn on drums and Vince Cuneo on guitar. Afterward, Violet will sign copies of her book.
