Meet 3RP Featured Authors at the
10th Annual Rainbow Book Fair on Saturday, October 12
Three Rooms Press is proud to be a part of the 10th Annual Rainbow Book Fair on Saturday, October 12, noon to 6 pm, at the The Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender Community Center in Manhattan. The New York-based publisher of critically acclaimed, award-winning LGBTQ books will host in-booth signings throughout the day, capped by a showcase reading by featured authors at 5 pm.
Author signing schedule (to be held at the 3RP booth):
1:30 pm: Aaron Hamburger, Author, Nirvana Is Here: “Tender and provocative.” —Electric Literature
2 pm: Robert Gibbons, Poet, Close to the Tree: “Breathtaking in its imagery.” –Miriam Hipsh
2:30 pm: Aimee Herman, Author, Everything Grows: “An epistolary love song to queer coming-of-age.” —BOMB Magazine
3 pm: Steven Taylor, Editor, Don’t Hide the Madness: William S. Burroughs in Conversation with Allen Ginsberg: “A must-have resource for beat aficionados.” –Publishers Weekly (with Peter Hale, director, The Allen Ginsberg Project).
5 pm: Three Rooms Press will host authors for a showcase reading in the LGBT Community Center Reading Room, including Aaron Hamburger (Nirvana Is Here), Robert Gibbons (Close to the Tree), Steven Taylor (Don’t Hide the Madness) with Peter Hale (director, The Allen Ginsberg Project);
