What a thrill to host a dual book launch for new releases by Peter Carlaftes and Kat Georges at New York Public Library’s Jefferson Market Branch on November 8. The authors read from their new books, Life in the Past Lane and Awe and Other Words Like Wow, introduced by readings of their work from literary luminati including Andrei Codrescu, Uche Nduka, Puma Perl, Karen Hildebrand, Sophie Malleret, and Jane LeCroy.
