Three Rooms Press kicked off the first of six live and virtual, local and international dada salons with a provocative event at LA’s Beyond Baroque Literary Center on September 8. The salon celebrated the release of MAINTENANT 16: A Journal of Contemporary Dada Writing & Art. The event unleashed live performances by Maintenant 16 contributors Rich Ferguson, Christian Georgescu, S.A. Griffin, Mark Hoefer, Doug Knott, Bibiana Padilla Maltos, Bronwyn Mauldin, Richard Modiano, Harry E. Northup, Marc Olmsted, Travis Richardson, and Silvia Wagensberg, and was hosted by 3RP Co-Directors Peter Carlaftes and Kat Georges. A blazing heat wave set the stage: this show was on fire!!
