Happy 25th Birthday to Three Rooms Press! 3RP was born at the end of 1993 and we published our first book, The I Can’t ‘O Cantos by Peter Carlaftes in early 1994. To date we have 93 books in print featuring the work of outrageously talented authors, poets, editors, artists, musicians, and photographers from every continent but Antarctica. Our books have earned top awards for memoir, mystery/noir, young adult, and poetry.

Throughout 2019, we plan to celebrate a quarter century of publishing, with special events highlighting everything that’s taken us to this point, along with a continued commitment to seek extraordinary new work. It’s been an absolute thrill to champion dada, punk, and passion all these years, and we can’t wait to share the excitement with you.

Highlights of the coming year will include:

• Major 25th Anniversary celebration in May with music, readings, awards, and giveaways
• Publication of a brilliant LGBTQ YA novel EVERYTHING GROWS by first-time novelist Aimee Herman
• Publication of a stunning LGBTQ adult novel NIRVANA IS HERE by award-winning author Aaron Hamburger
• Release of 13th annual edition of MAINTENANT Journal of Contemporary Dada Writing and Art with work from an even wider range of international contributors
• New books in Fall 2019 by Robert Silverberg, Peter Carlaftes, and more
• Events throughout the year aimed at building our literary and artistic community
