The Obama Inheritance Takes the Bronze Medal in Indie Book Awards
Critically-acclaimed “conspiracy noir” anthology THE OBAMA INHERITANCE is earning high marks in the awards department. It recently won the Foreword Reviews Indie Awards Bronze Medal for Best Anthology of 2017. And the title that NPR Book Critic Maureen Corrigan dubbed “a collection of 15 stories so sly, fresh and Bizarro World witty, they reaffirm the resiliency of the artistic imagination,” is a finalist for this year’s prestigious Anthony Award for Best Anthology (Fingers crossed! Winner will be named September 8 at Bouchercon 2018 in St. Petersburg, FL).
Congratulations to editor Gary Phillips and all contributors! Who are the contributors, you ask? Check out this incredible list of names and their stories. If you run into one of them, give them a big thumbs up!
