NYC short story anthology HAVE A NYC3 receives stellar review from The Star Ledger
HAVE A NYC3, the third installment of Three Rooms’ city-centric short story anthology, received a stellar and insightful review in the August 3rd issue of The Star Ledger.
Reviewer Jacqueline Cutler writes:
HAVE A NYC3 presents 16 stories about different neighborhoods, times and people of New York. Paul Sohar, of Warren, wrote one of these pieces, “A Park Bench for Two.” [. . .] Sohar is masterful in his economy of language and at instantly setting the mood. [. . .] This isn’t a story that readers envision themselves part of. None are, nor are they upbeat. [. . .] On these pages are scenes from nightclubs long shuttered, with free- flowing drugs and booze and copious amounts of loneliness.
