On October 13th, 2016, Three Rooms Press and Book Soup are so excited to present the official West Coast Launch of Crime Plus Music, a thrilling anthology of stories of murder, mystery, and mayhem all with their own distinct sound.
Editor, Jim Fusilli, and authors Gary Phillips (“Shaderoc the Soul Shaker”), Bill Fitzhugh (“Played to Death”), Tyler Dilts (“Vincent Black Lightning”), and Galadrielle Allman (“Only Women Bleed”) unite to present a unique night of mystery and music right on the Sunset Strip.
The event begins at 7pm and is hosted by Book Soup, located at 8818 Sunset Blvd, West Hollywood, CA 90069

Fusilli is the author of eight novels, including Closing Time and Tribeca Blues. He also has published music-themed nonfiction including Catching up: Connecting With Great 21st Century Music. He currently is the rock and pop music critic at the Wall Street Journal and founder of www.ReNewMusic.net
Phillips is the president of Private Eye Writers of America. He writes comic books, novels, short stories, novellas, scripts, and anything else he can get away with.
Fitzhugh is the award-winning author of nine novels. He has written for television, radio, film, and theater.
Dilts is the author of the Long Beach Homicide series of crime novels. He is currently a professor at California State University in Long Beach.
Galadrielle Allman is the author of Please Be With Me, A Song for My Father Duane Allman. She studied writing at Sarah Lawrence College and lives in Berkeley, California, where she is working on a novel about teenage love and punk rock music.
